Tim was recommended to me by a roofing company that I had hired before to fix a little problem on our roof. The great ratings for Tim's company on the internet are well deserved. I needed some small but tricky repairs that no other gutter company agreed to do. Instead, they offered to install a new gutter system for thousands of dollars or to do repairs for a minimum charge of several hundred dollars. Our gutter problems didn't involve a big repair job. Tim didn't hesitate to come by for this small job. He and his crew did very good work. They were on time, polite, very professional, offered a very reasonable price and fixed my gutter problems to my satisfaction. Within the next 5 years, we probably need a new roof and I would not hesitate to have Tim install the new gutters.

Tim responded to my call immediately. He came on the day that we agreed to for an estimate and was here earlier than I expected and greeted me with a smile. He didn't rush through and explained everything as we went around the house. Right from the start he said the problem with flooding around my house from heavy rains was dud to the gutters leaning away from the roof and he said that he would add hangers to correct the tipping issues. He also installed 6" seamless gutter on the lanai area. As we walked around the house Tim added the extensions to the down spouts that I had without me asking. I highly recommend Tim Taylor gutters for his quality of work, Tim's quick response, his honesty (he didn't try to sell me new gutters) and his cost of labor is fair and reasonable and lower than I expected. My sincere appreciation and thanks to Tim and his nephews for doing this for me.

Tim and his team were very professional. I got a quote for the same work 3 years ago and was twice as much. So either one of these would have been a great reason to pick Tim, but to get both in todays world and the final results show why you should be picky in who you choose. Perfect is an understatement! I’m currently scheduling him for more work, he apologized that it will be a few weeks, I can wait for the quality!

Contacted Tim Taylor, referred by two different people. Showed up for estimate at the exact time he said. Awesome gentleman . He told me his team is small. Only uses family members. Schedule was out few weeks. No problem. Day of install, three guys showed up, at the time I was told, 7:30a.m. All three gentlemen walked my husband and I through the process of what they were going to do. Asked us if we needed or wanted any specific things or concerns answered. Job was completed at 5:00 p.m. Guys worked in over 105 degree heat straight . Gutters look like crown molding around my home. Grounds spotless. This is example of an A plus American family ran business. We can not say enough about the results and incredible crew. One beautiful job! .

This has been a great experience all around and i highly recommend Tim Taylor Gutters. Tim provided us with a quote fast and to our surprise it was reasonably priced. He assisted with HOA and guidance on rain chains, got us scheduled, and communicated the crews arrival times, schedules, etc. I truly appreciate when people communicate! The crew was awesome as well! They showed up on time, walked around the property with me to guide me thru the process, and then they went straight to work. They were very professional!

If you're looking to have gutter and/or drain work done this is the only call you need to make. I hired Tim Taylor Gutters to install new drains and gutters and I couldn't be happier with the result. Tim came out to give me an estimate and I could tell within two minutes of speaking to him that I'd found my guy. Aside from being incredibly friendly and a pleasure to talk with, I noticed immediately that Tim knows his business. He assessed what I needed and gave me his honest suggestions. He presented several options and never tried to push the most expensive choice, however I was so impressed after listening to him I decided to get the works. Tim was proactive in the time leading up to the job and I never had to ask about the status of anything because he kept me up to speed and answered my questions before I could ask them. The time or two I did have to reach out about something I got an almost immediate response, regardless of whether it was after hours or on the weekend. By comparison, when I first started looking for someone to do my gutters I didn't get a call back from the majority of people I called for estimates. As the job was being done Tim and his crew routinely updated me and thoroughly discussed any surprises they encountered along the way (for example the way my sprinkler pipes were positioned) and the options to deal with them. The work was done in about a day and a half and is absolutely perfect. Tim installed new gutters around my house and connected them to buried drains that run the water away from the property. He also repaired a patch of soffit that was damaged during a storm and another that was damaged when Spectrum came out to do some rewiring. When I've hired contractors in the past they typically took their check and left the second they finished the job, but Tim was a completely different story. Tim made it a point to show and explain everything that was done, but while he was doing it he was so excited about how everything turned out you'd think we were looking at his house and gutter system. He genuinely wants to do a great job (which he did) and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. He also made himself available going forward in the event I have any questions or need anything. Also and for what it's worth, after seeing how hard Tim and his crew worked on the first day I offered to cut him a check for the full cost of the job. Tim refused to take it and said he'd only take the check after the job was done. Good luck finding another person in any industry who would do the same. At the risk or sounding redundant this is the guy you want to hire, plain and simple. I can't endorse Tim and his company enough.
